Professional cricket coaching for youths and adults We are very proud of what Henley CC has achieved over the last few years, including buying our own ground, building a new pavilion and developing this new website.  We are a very friendly club, and welcome new players and supporters alike. To all playing, non-playing and Vice President members   Dear All   As usual, we are writing to you to extend a warm welcome to you for season 2012, and hope that you have wintered well. We look forward to another good season for the club and hope that the weather will remain warm dry and sunny.   The club has recruited several new members during the off season who will strengthen the club at all team levels. The Junior section of the club goes from strength to strength and I am sure that under the guidance of the new Chairman, Greg Stone, we will hopefully in the future get more players of ability coming through to the Senior section of the club.   As always at this time of the year we make a special plea to all concerned to request that your subscriptions and contributions for the season be paid as soon as possible. We would hope for strong support from Vice Presidents who, as always, make a considerable contribution to the club. In recent times our expenses have risen dramatically, not least in the areas of pavilion insurance; rates (now being charged at normal rateable value); maintenance; heating and lighting. We would, therefore, ask you to be as generous as you possibly can in your contributions in order to help to defray these additional expenses.   Please come down to the club to support us during the season, where you will find an excellent clubhouse, good quality food and high quality cricket to watch.   We look forward to welcoming you and your guests.   With all good wishes           Paul Bradbury, Chairman and John Nelson, President 2012 Junior Registration and Coaching Memberships for under 9's and under 11's has reached FULL capacity!!! Henley Cricket Club has a thriving Youth Section which provides cricket for approximately 200 youngsters between the ages of 7 (year 2) and 17. The club fields teams at U9, U11, U13 and U15 age groups which play league fixtures in the Berkshire Youth League and the Two Counties League. The club also offers coaching for girls and is particularly keen to attract more females to play team cricket for Henley.
