Only 5 teams were there vs 6 teams we were expecting (apparently Steventon pulled out in the week) but Warborough and Goring had extra players so were able to create a 6th team. We played 6-a-side as per emails leading up to the weekend.

After a really hot start to the day with late 20c sunshine, there was a torrential down pour at midday, so we had to abandon midway through match 3. Unfortunately, that meant we also couldn’t capture the scores from other matches as everyone was due to hand in after match 3. We were expecting a 9:30 start but 3 teams didn’t arrive until nearer 10 so we prioritised getting going with the matches vs admin.

#3 Abandoned after a combined Warborough/Goring team had scored 227 from their 9 overs, but Henley were only just into our response when heavens opened.
